“The 24th benefit concert of the Parents’ Association for Children with Cancer was able to take place again in the Gewandhaus in Leipzig in 2024.

Reinwald GmbH, as the main sponsor, has been supporting Parents' Aid for Children with Cancer for 24 years now. Therefore, it was a very special pleasure for me to welcome guests again this year in the Gewandhaus's main hall.

For over 20 years, it has been a matter close to my hearts for my colleagues and me to help children and families who have found themselves in a difficult situation due to the dramatic diagnosis of cancer.

Under the musical direction of Matthias Foremny, the musicians succeeded in spreading optimism and joy through their passionate playing and great artistic skill.

Last year I promised you that we would see each other again in almost exactly one year, at the Gewandhaus.

We succeeded; the tradition has not been broken.”
