Data Protection in Applications and the Hiring Process

We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing can also be carried out electronically, especially if an applicant submits application documents via email or a web form on our website.

If an employment contract is concluded, the transmitted data will be stored in compliance with legal regulations for the purpose of processing the employment relationship.

If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after the rejection decision is communicated, unless there are legitimate interests preventing deletion. A legitimate interest in this sense could include, for example, the obligation to provide evidence in a case under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
