Dismantling of two adjacent reinforced concrete bridges

consisting of 6 field continuous systems each with a span of 20m-26m, a total length of approx. 145m, and a width of 16m

Removal of the bridge superstructure using a mobile excavator and dismantling of the surrounding railing

Dismantling and dismantling of 42 plate beams, which were located above the individual supports
-
Careful separation of the individual slab beams and storage/transportation using chain slings and a 500t mobile crane at a collection point
-
Subsequent crushing using a crawler excavator and pulverizer
Technical and device-specific features:

Use of mobile cranes LTM 450 and LTM 200 to ensure the dismantling of the slab beams

Use of 30t crawler excavator CAT360F with pulverizer, demolition shears and chisel hammer

Division of the dismantling process into individual sections as a total of 6 tracks, a district heating line and a traffic road run underneath the bridge
