Clearance of construction site of approx. 90,000 m²

Removal of contaminated soil and munitions from World War II (10 tons of ammunition scrap (splinters) and 10 bomb finds; 9 American and British unexploded bombs were successfully defused on site by the bomb disposal team and one was detonated in a controlled manner)

Approximately 300,000 m³ of excavated soil was moved and screened in a screening plant over the project period

Demolition and subsequent crushing of unknown foundations of old buildings and underground facilities totalling almost 20,000 m³ of concrete rubble using a crushing plant

Subsequent special foundation engineering together with Jacbo Bohrpfahlgründung GmbH: Erection of 650 bored piles with a diameter of up to 1 m to a depth of almost 20 m

Loading of contaminated drilling material into gas-tight containers and subsequent disposal
